Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the SnapSlide application, you agree to the following terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App.

1. License

Hako Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use SnapSlide for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Sell, rent, or use the App for commercial purposes

2. Intellectual Property

All content of the App, including its source code, game mechanics, algorithms, graphic design, logo, audio elements, and the name "SnapSlide", belongs to Hako Games and is protected by national and international copyright law. All rights reserved.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Manipulate the advertising system or generate fraudulent impressions or clicks
• Attempt to bypass or disable security measures
• Play using automated tools, bots, or cheat software
• Distribute malicious software that could harm the App

4. Advertising and Rewards

The App is provided free of charge and supported by advertising revenue. Ad content is supplied by third-party ad networks; we accept no responsibility for its accuracy, legality, or suitability.

In-game rewards promised in rewarded advertisements are granted only upon full viewing of the ad. We accept no liability if a reward cannot be granted due to technical issues.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". No express or implied warranty is given that the App will operate uninterrupted, error-free, securely, or fit for a particular purpose. All risks arising from use of the App are yours.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hako Games shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss, loss of profits, or device damage) arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Game Progress

Your game data is stored solely in your device's local storage. Uninstalling the App, changing devices, clearing app data, or operating system updates may result in loss of progress. We accept no liability for such loss.

8. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to update these terms, modify, suspend, or entirely discontinue the App without prior notice. Continued use of the App after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts and enforcement offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
